My husband's cell phone rang two times but no one was there, and no caller - Identification
My husband's cell phone rang two times but no one was there, and no caller We were actually sitting in a restaurant when his cell phone's distinctive ring came on. He answered but no one was there. Then, it rang again and he answered again, still no one. Then when he checked caller ID, there was nothing. Can someone call your cell phone and leave no identification at all? thanks for your answer.
Yes of cause they can.. if they number is a unlisted No. If you do not have their No saved in your cell phone then you will not be able to identify the No.
Yes that is possible that you can block your name while you call the other party. That feature is already available to selected units. Hence, it will be better if you ask assistance from the customer service of your service provider how to get over of this issue so that it will give you proper identification of who is calling you. I hope you have resolved the issue there.
Their are certain reasons why you could not see callers name. It is sometimes because that it is an international call, or maybe callers set their names to be unknown with there chosen communications provider. But nevertheless the best you can do to avoid scary calls is to change your mobile number, while you still have your account, its would cause a little scent for you. Or you can try to talk with your service provider.
Yes that is true, if there is no name on the register of your mobile when you received a call, it maybe coming from another country. My dad works outside the country and whenever he calls in my mobile phone, I see no number or name, but "private call". That is all in the record of my phone. And so do not be surprised if you received such call, unless you do not know anyone from other countries.
It could have been that your husband accidentally entered the settings section of his cell phones and started editing the ring tones there. This often happens when the phone is in your pocket and you forget to put the keypad lock on it. If not that, then I really do no know what it could have been. Did you check the call history on the phone? There was nothing there?
