I use it for cutting prototypes, and it's been a completely problem-free machine. It is very close to "as new" condition. If you're thinking about buying a new CNC plasma system, remember to budget in the time it takes to set up a complete system. I have over 10K invested. I am open to offers for this turnkey system: * Plasmacam DHC 4x4 cutting table with software. * Hypertherm Powermax600 plasma machine. * PC with monitor. airtx vortex air seperation unit uses shop air to apply cool air at positive pressure to cpu keeping metal dust out. No need for a PC enclosure. * Rolling cart keeps all the components together for easy access. * Metal casters welded on table for easy moving. * Ground points installed on the frame. * Includes air fittings and plasma control wiring. * Air compressor is not included. This system is self contained. The plasma is mounted low, and the PC sits atop. The controller is mounted inside the component cart along with the keyboard and mouse. I've found it to be much easier to operate while sitting, allowing the operator an unobstructed eye level view of the arc to spot obstructions, avoid collisions, and make adjustments on the fly.
